Product overview
A sleeve label must receive controlled heat around the complete bottle circumference if it is to shrink consistently against the container body. Uneven heating can affect the final sleeve position and appearance.
The Automatic Electric Heat Shrink Tunnel Machine uses electrically heated air and forced convection to shrink compatible sleeve labels around round plastic bottles.
Technogen Enterprise is a Manufacturer and Supplier of Automatic Electric Heat Shrink Tunnel Machine equipment for Tanzania, designed for sleeve labels manufactured from PVC, PP, PETG and OPS films.
The sleeve is manually placed over the plastic container before the bottle is loaded onto the machine conveyor. An AISI 304 Stainless Steel slat conveyor then transports the sleeved bottle through the heated tunnel.
Inside the tunnel, pin heaters raise the air temperature while two blower assemblies circulate the heated air around the moving bottle. This forced-convection principle distributes heat around the container so the sleeve contracts onto the bottle body.
Tunnel temperature can be adjusted up to 250°C through the temperature controller.
The machine provides production capacity up to approximately 100 bottles per minute, depending upon bottle size.
The conveyor operates from left to right and its speed can be adjusted from the operating panel according to production requirements.
For Tanzania bottle-packaging operations using manually applied shrink sleeves, this machine provides the heated shrinking stage required after sleeve placement.
Working principle
- The required sleeve label is manually positioned over the round plastic bottle.
- The sleeved bottle is then placed onto the AISI 304 slat conveyor.
- The conveyor moves the container towards the electric shrink tunnel.
- Inside the tunnel, pin heaters generate the required heat.
- Two blower assemblies circulate the heated air around the bottle using forced convection.
- The circulating hot air transfers heat uniformly around the travelling container.
- As the bottle passes through the heated zone, the sleeve material contracts and conforms to the bottle body.
- The finished sleeved bottle exits the tunnel through the conveyor.
- Conveyor speed and tunnel temperature can be adjusted according to the compatible bottle and sleeve requirement.

Automatic Electric Heat Shrink Tunnel Machine for Tanzania production
For manufacturers in Tanzania, Automatic Electric Heat Shrink Tunnel Machine should be evaluated against the actual product, pack format, production schedule and operating environment. Automatic electric shrink tunnel for shrinking PVC, PP, PETG and OPS sleeve labels on round plastic bottles using forced-convection hot-air circulation in Tanzania. The selected arrangement must suit both routine output and the changeovers expected during normal production.
Operating and product considerations
Seal performance is governed by the packaging material, container or product dimensions, temperature response, dwell time and line speed. Compatibility samples are important because the correct heating, pressure, film or foil arrangement varies with the pack being produced.
Planning the complete production line
The equipment should be considered with the preceding filling or capping stage and the following inspection, coding or secondary-packaging operation. Tanzania projects also need to confirm utilities, ambient conditions and operator access around the sealing zone before the final system is selected.
Information required for machine selection
- Actual product and packaging samples or drawings
- Required output and operating schedule
- Available electrical, compressed-air, water or steam utilities
Enquiries are supported for projects in Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Mwanza, Arusha, Morogoro and other Tanzanian industrial locations. The final model, construction, output, documentation and support scope are confirmed in the commercial and technical offer.
