Product overview
For bottle packaging lines in Tanzania that require automatic screw-cap application with controlled torque and consistent container movement, the TGSC-50 Automatic Single Head Screw Capping Machine offers a production range of 40 to 50 bottles per minute, depending upon container diameter and height.
Technogen Enterprise is a Manufacturer and Supplier of Automatic Single Head Screw Capping Machine equipment for Tanzania, with the TGSC-50 designed around a single capping head, synchronized drive system and automatic cap-feeding arrangement.
One of the machine's important functional elements is its specially designed Magnetic Hysteresis Screw Capping Head with mechanical torque-setting provision. This arrangement enables the capping head to be set according to the screw-cap requirement rather than relying on an uncontrolled tightening action.
Bottle handling is synchronized through a single motor that drives the conveyor, star wheels and platform turret. The Stainless Steel slat conveyor transfers containers through the machine, while star wheels and corresponding back guides are manufactured from UHMW / Delrin material.
The TGSC-50 handles bottles from 22 mm to 100 mm diameter and 15 mm to 100 mm height. The specified screw-cap range is 22 mm to 65 mm diameter, with cap height from 15 mm to 18 mm.
Cap-feeding arrangements can include a Vibratory Feeder, Mechanical Orientator or Waterfall Elevator, giving manufacturers flexibility according to the screw cap being handled.
Automatic control is supported by the No Bottle–No Cap arrangement and a photoelectric sensor that stops the machine when no screw cap is detected in the delivery chute.
With SS 304 machine architecture, synchronized variable-speed control and quick product changeover, the TGSC-50 can be considered by Tanzania manufacturers seeking an automatic single-head screw-capping solution without moving to a multi-head system.
Working principle
Containers enter the machine from the left-hand side and travel towards the capping station on the Stainless Steel slat conveyor.
The single motor synchronizes the conveyor, star wheels and platform turret so that bottle movement remains coordinated throughout the capping cycle.
Screw caps are supplied through the selected cap-feeding system. The machine can be configured with a Vibratory Feeder, Mechanical Orientator or Waterfall Elevator according to the cap-handling requirement.
A photoelectric sensor monitors screw-cap availability in the delivery chute. If no cap is detected, the machine is designed to stop.
When a bottle reaches the capping position, the No Bottle–No Cap system ensures that the cap application sequence only proceeds when a container is present.
The Magnetic Hysteresis Screw Capping Head then performs the capping operation. Mechanical torque adjustment allows the capping setting to be established according to the closure requirement.
After capping, the bottle is transferred through the star-wheel and conveyor system towards the discharge side.
Machine speed can be varied to suit the operating requirement, while the safety clutch, emergency machine-stop function and automatic orientator on/off facility support controlled operation.

Automatic Single Head Screw Capping Machine for Tanzania production
For manufacturers in Tanzania, Automatic Single Head Screw Capping Machine should be evaluated against the actual product, pack format, production schedule and operating environment. Designed for automatic screw-cap application at 40–50 bottles per minute, the TGSC-50 combines magnetic hysteresis capping, synchronized bottle handling and No Bottle–No Cap control for Tanzania packaging lines. The selected arrangement must suit both routine output and the changeovers expected during normal production.
Operating and product considerations
Closure quality depends on the relationship between the bottle neck, cap geometry, feeding method and tightening or crimping action. Samples are used to confirm container support, cap presentation and the correct head or tooling so that closures are applied consistently without avoidable bottle damage or line stoppages.
Planning the complete production line
A complete Tanzanian packaging line may connect this capper with bottle feeding, liquid or powder filling, induction or foil sealing, labelling, coding and accumulation. The upstream delivery rate, conveyor height, container stability and downstream inspection requirement should be reviewed together before the final layout is approved.
Information required for machine selection
- Bottle and closure samples with dimensional drawings
- Closure application method, torque or crimping requirement
- Cap feeding, container stability and upstream line speed
Enquiries are supported for projects in Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Mwanza, Arusha, Morogoro and other Tanzanian industrial locations. The final model, construction, output, documentation and support scope are confirmed in the commercial and technical offer.
