Product overview
Where bottle washing is integrated directly into a higher-speed production line, cleaning consistency depends on more than spray pressure alone. Bottle movement, washing-zone timing, water quality, filtration and pressure monitoring must all remain coordinated as containers pass continuously through the washing tunnel.
The Automatic Tunnel Type Linear Bottle Washing Machine is designed for this type of controlled production environment.
Technogen Enterprise supplies the Automatic Tunnel Type Linear Bottle Washing Machine as a Manufacturer and Supplier for Tanzania, serving Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Pesticide and other industries handling compatible Glass, PET, HDPE and Plastic bottles.
The machine works in linear intermittent motion and incorporates five internal washing stages and two external washing stages. This multi-zone arrangement allows the inside and outside surfaces of each bottle to be cleaned within the same automatic machine.
Two AISI 316L tanks with pumps are incorporated into the system: one for recirculation water and one for DM Water. The tanks and pumping system are positioned to simplify routine access and maintenance.
High-pressure spray nozzles carry out the washing operation inside the tunnel. Spray-zone duration is electrically controlled, allowing both the washing cycle and washing time to be adjusted according to process requirements.
Pressure conditions for the main utilities are monitored through three glycerine-filled pressure gauges, dedicated to DM Water, recycled water and compressed air.
The machine range covers production requirements from up to 60 bottles per minute to up to 300 bottles per minute, providing a suitable configuration for different line capacities.
Standard input suitability covers bottles from 30 ml to 200 ml without major change parts, while additional bottle sizes can be accommodated using minimal change parts. Customized versions can also be developed for other container sizes and types.
For pharmaceutical, cosmetic and pesticide manufacturers in Tanzania, this machine provides a higher-output alternative to rotary semi-automatic washing where fully automatic bottle transfer and multi-stage cleaning are required.
Working principle
Containers enter the washing machine from the in-feed side and move from left to right through the tunnel.
Bottle movement is controlled in linear intermittent motion so that each container is accurately positioned beneath the required spray zones.
The machine performs a total of:
- Five Internal Washes
- Two External Washes
High-pressure nozzles spray the selected washing medium onto the internal and external surfaces of the bottle.
The machine incorporates two separate AISI 316L tanks:
- Recirculation Water Tank : Supplies recycled washing water.
- DM Water Tank : Supplies DM Water for the appropriate washing stages.
The washing medium passes through dedicated filtration before reaching the spray nozzles.
Three glycerine-filled pressure gauges continuously indicate the pressure of:
- DM Water.
- Recycled Water.
- Compressed Air.
The timing of individual spray zones is electrically controlled, allowing the operator to adjust the wash duration according to bottle and process requirements.
Machine speed is controlled through a sensor less Variable Frequency Drive.
After completing the internal and external washing cycles, bottles leave the tunnel at the out-feed end and move towards the next processing stage.

Automatic Tunnel Type Linear Bottle Washing Machine for Tanzania production
For manufacturers in Tanzania, Automatic Tunnel Type Linear Bottle Washing Machine should be evaluated against the actual product, pack format, production schedule and operating environment. High-capacity linear bottle washing Machine in Tanzania for automatic internal and external cleaning of Glass, PET, HDPE and Plastic bottles, with five internal washes, two external washes and capacities up to 300 bottles per minute. The selected arrangement must suit both routine output and the changeovers expected during normal production.
Operating and product considerations
Container preparation is defined by the bottle, vial or ampoule material, dimensions, contamination risk and required washing sequence. The handling parts, rinse stages, air treatment and drainage arrangement must be compatible with the container and the cleanliness objective of the production process.
Planning the complete production line
The washer is normally assessed with the downstream filling operation, available treated-water supply, compressed air, drainage and room layout. Tanzania projects should confirm utilities and container transfer early because these inputs influence both equipment configuration and the surrounding facility plan.
Information required for machine selection
- Container drawing and material
- Required internal and external wash sequence
- Water, air and drainage utilities with downstream interface
Enquiries are supported for projects in Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Mwanza, Arusha, Morogoro and other Tanzanian industrial locations. The final model, construction, output, documentation and support scope are confirmed in the commercial and technical offer.
